  • Three months bank statement - Certified
  • Resolution to borrow for companies with 2 or more directors
  • Copy of Company Registration certificate and letter of Incorporation
  • Logbook and transfer form duly signed.
  • 3 previous month copies of payrolls
  • Maximum Loan - 70% of input cost of servicing Payroll
  • Minimum loan - Kes 100,000
  • Maximum Tenor - 3 months
